Customer Support Professional for German Speakers

Grow-Talent is partnering with a leading BPO company to find a German-speaking Customer Support Professional for their office in Barcelona.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing top-notch customer service and support to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
A strong technical background, particularly in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music, and audiovisual products, is essential for success in this position.
About the Role:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, addressing user needs efficiently and resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
- Record call details in the call management system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications.
- Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed.
- Adhere to all project processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
- Provide coverage for other agents in their absence.
- Collaborate with the team on specific projects when requested.
- Fulfill administrative responsibilities, including managing holiday, sickness, and overtime records.
- Participate in regular team meetings.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management to ensure continued service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent German speaker, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably technical support.
- Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music, and audiovisual products.
- Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment.
- Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
Estimated Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
