We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Representative to join our team at HomeToGo, a leading global vacation rental marketplace. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This position involves providing top-notch support to our customers worldwide, ensuring they have an outstanding experience using our platform. As a key member of our Sales & Service team, you will interact with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide guidance on how to maximize the value of our product. Your primary goal is to convert users in Free Trial to paid subscribers while assisting existing customers in leveraging the product to its full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess Customer Needs: Understand the requirements of our customers and prospects, identifying areas where our product can make a significant impact.
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Offer timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, or other channels, resolving their queries and concerns.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base: Contribute to our knowledge base by creating high-quality email templates and articles that will benefit future customers.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, with any additional languages being a significant advantage. You should also have experience working in a customer-facing environment and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. We offer a hybrid work model, requiring 50% of your time to be spent in the office.
