About the Role:
Monotype, a renowned leader in the design and development of typefaces and font technologies, seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our growth strategy in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering a positive sales culture.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams, developing annual strategic plans, and analyzing sales effectiveness. Native German speaking and fluent English language skills are essential, with additional languages such as Polish, Czech, or Hebrew being a strong plus. Your expertise in consultative selling methodologies, such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Challenger Sale, and Sandler Sales, will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits of our SaaS products to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and train a highly effective revenue-carrying sales team capable of implementing company strategies and initiatives.
- Deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Drive and implement sales selling cycles and methodologies based on internal processes, market research, and competitor analyses.
- Develop annual strategic sales plans to drive revenue and increase market share from new and existing clients.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
- Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights with senior leadership and sales teams.
- Build and nurture mutually productive partnerships across the organization, including product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, sales operations, finance, legal, and human resources.

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
