About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Hally Solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the German market, specifically targeting the Engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers in the Engineering industries, including automotive, manufacturing, aviation, military, and defense.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CxO level decision-makers, leveraging your technical and business acumen to drive sales.
  • Utilize your expertise in complex SaaS deals to land 6-figure contracts through outbound hunting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel frequently throughout Germany to meet with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a new business SaaS team, with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Disruptive software background, with experience selling complex SaaS deals.
  • Experience selling into automotive, aviation, defense, or manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to work remotely in Germany and travel frequently.
  • Comfortable dealing with CxO level audiences and speaking both technical and business language.
  • MEDDIC/MEDDPICC experience is highly desirable.
  • Engineering or Mechanical technology background is preferred.
  • Native German speaker is essential.
