We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Adaptive Business Group team in the DACH market. As a key member of our global SaaS business, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise sales and driving revenue growth.

Our company provides a comprehensive platform for Chief Financial Officers, offering a range of tools that enable businesses to connect data from any source to financial, regulatory, sustainability, and performance metrics. With a strong presence in the DACH region, we have a proven track record of success, exceeding targets and working with a significant portion of Fortune 500 companies.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering enterprise sales in the DACH market, with a focus on deal sizes ranging from €70,000 to €300,000 ARR, and occasional 7-figure deals.
  • Working closely with our Corporate & Finance team and Sustainability department to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborating with our BDRs, Marketing, and Partners teams to generate new leads and convert them into sales.
  • Managing a sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of success in selling multi-faceted solutions to larger companies.
  • Comfort with mid-length and longer sales cycles, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • Fluency in German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the DACH market and its key players.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Offer

As a member of our Adaptive Business Group team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary, with a base salary range of €110,000 to €120,000, plus double OTE.
  • A generous car allowance of €12,000.
