Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (up to €260k OTE + equity) || SaaS || pre-IPO || Unicorn

What will you be promoting?

One of the most widely utilized work management solutions globally, with Germany being a newly targeted market for this Series C (330M+ funded, Sequoia backed) SaaS organization, powered by A.I.

About the organization

  • EMEA Enterprise team is excelling (achieving 154% in Q2 '24)

Your responsibilities will include

  • Closing 5-6 figure contracts with German mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Enjoying a complete greenfield opportunity (first Enterprise AE representative)
  • Receiving support from German-speaking BDR, Marketing Specialist, and Solutions Engineer
  • Implementing a Land & Expand strategy (initial K ARR lands then expand)
  • Managing sales cycles of 5-6 months
  • Meeting a very attainable target with a ramp-up period

Compensation is structured as EUR OTE, with a 50/50 or 60/40 split based on experience.
