Databricks is a leading provider of Unified Data Analytics and AI solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Germany and capitalize on the vast market opportunity for our Data Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new enterprise clients and driving increased adoption of our platform.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to engage all buying centers and stakeholders, leveraging a solution-based approach to demonstrate value to potential clients.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, securing quick wins while driving long-term growth.
  • Track customer interactions, use cases, and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
  • Own the consumption story with customers, using demand plans to identify high-impact use cases and maximize Databricks' value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer outcomes and drive ecosystem growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, guiding successful negotiations to close deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to new enterprise clients in Germany.
  • Passion for winning new clients and driving business growth.
  • Strong tenure in previous sales roles.
  • Understanding of consumption-based sales models and experience working with sales methodologies.
  • Fluent German and business English required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
