Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Central Europe team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing Databricks to prospective customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Central Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer organizations.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to understand their business needs and develop compelling sales pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop territory strategies, build pipelines, and drive adoption.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Databricks' products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role.
- Determination to succeed and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
