About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH team. As a key member of our Commercial Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and Acquire New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and execute effective business strategies, driving growth and expansion in the German market.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business strategies and drive growth.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure business growth and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience in Business Development or Sales: Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
