DataGuard - Sales Development Representative

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at DataGuard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in specific customer segments and verticals, leveraging your knowledge of our solutions to inspire interest and drive growth.
  • Develop and refine your outbound approach to effectively reach and engage with prospects, with a customer-centric focus that sets us apart from the competition.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), value proposition, and sales journey to ensure you are always aligned with our business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with high-level decision-makers, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive results.
  • Collaborate closely with our Go-To-Market team to optimize processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely with our Account Executives to drive opportunities from development to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a business or technology-related field.
  • Experience in a challenging professional environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in Go-To-Market roles with client contact at executive level, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Native German proficiency, with English language skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication, initiative, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and impact.
  • Professionalism, authenticity, and quick-wittedness, with a strong sense of humor and a positive attitude.
