Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our EMEA team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Altium's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, or business administration.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
