Deine Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

Als Brand Partnerships Manager bei Labs Management GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und den Betrieb von Kundenbeziehungen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Talent Management zusammen, um die Vermarktungsziele deiner Kunden zu erreichen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die operative und strategische Entwicklung deines Kundenstamms, die Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Reportings, sowie die stetige Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung.

Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, solltest du ein wirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Partnerships, Sales oder Key Account Management haben. Vorzugsweise hast du zusätzlich Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing. Du solltest ein Kommunikationstalent sein, unternehmerisch denken und in der Lage sein, gut zu verhandeln. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist motiviert und durchsetzungsstark.
