Job Description

At ToolTime GmbH, we're revolutionizing the craftsmen business by empowering professionals to run their operations digitally and connect with the industry in a central platform. Our team of over 100 talented individuals has raised €55 million in capital from strategic investors, providing a solid financial foundation in today's market.

Our Marketing & Growth Team, affectionately known as 'The Genies,' has successfully established our ToolTime brand in the craftsmen market. As a key function within this team, the Partnerships department forges strategic alliances and unlocks new growth opportunities, driving the digitalization of the craftsmen industry forward.

As a Partnerships Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams. Your primary focus will be on building long-term strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and joint ventures, unlike a traditional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new growth channels, focusing on collaborative opportunities with key players in our industry.
  • Initiate and take ownership of partnership projects, driving them forward proactively and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Evaluate existing go-to-market initiatives, develop recommendations to increase their growth impact, and implement them with your team.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships in preparing and navigating major strategic partnerships with large companies, from the initial pitch to contract negotiation and post-closing implementation.

  • Experience: Successfully graduated from university (start-up experience is a plus).
  • Language: Native-level German and fluent English.
