Brand Partnership Manager

We're seeking a talented Brand Partnership Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for forging long-term partnerships with top fashion and beauty brands, ensuring we deliver on their goals and expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage multiple client partnerships, ensuring consistent, best-in-class customer service.
- Oversee the entire sales process, focusing on key performance metrics and existing brands.
- Identify new business opportunities, generating pipelines through prospecting and expanding our customer pool.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to select influencers for seeding campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve our customer experience.
- Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
- Contribute to shaping the future of Metapic's mission with your perspectives and skills.
- Proven sales success and ability to identify customer business needs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Native/bilingual level in German and professional level in English.
- Expertise in social media platforms, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
- Good understanding of the European e-commerce and influencer market.
