About the Role

As a Brand Partnership Manager (Business Development) at Tradedoubler, you will play a crucial role in introducing our influencer marketing tech platform to clients and prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to forge long-term partnerships between Metapic and leading fashion and beauty brands, ensuring we deliver on their goals and expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client partnerships, ensuring consistent, best-in-class customer service.
  • Oversee the sales process to deliver against key performance metrics, with a focus on existing brands and new accounts.
  • Generate pipelines by prospecting new customers, targeting fashion, beauty, and home & living industries.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns, selecting influencers for clients' demographics and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer performance and identify business opportunities using Metapic.
  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve the customer product experience.
  • Seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.

Your Profile

  • A proven history of achieving sales success.
  • Ability to identify, understand, and communicate customer business needs.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
  • A true team player, contributing to our joint success.
  • Native/bilingual level in German and professional level in English.
  • Expertise with social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and how advertisers and publishers use it.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
