  • About The Role
  • You'll lead our outreach efforts to build relationships with potential brand partners, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, planning processes, creative ambitions, and core equities.
  • You'll work closely with our content, marketing, and legal teams to identify titles that strategically align with our brand partnership approach.
  • You'll research and engage with a cross-section of brands to find meaningful connections between titles, audiences, and partner marketing priorities.
  • You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Marketing Partnerships function, collaborating with brand partner leads, strategy leads, creative leads, and production leads.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for brand partnerships in Germany, identifying brands that align with our Netflix brand and key titles.
  • Extract insights from partners and internal marketing teams to develop and steer the strategic and creative vision.
  • Write strategy briefs and build the foundations of a strategic intersection between the brand and title.
  • Negotiate deal memos and contractual agreements.
  • Work closely with Ad Sales and Consumer Products functions.
  • Develop clear and concise memos to inform major decisions and guide partner creative agencies and brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Marketing, Editorial & Publishing, Content, Creative Production, and Public Relations.

 

  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing creative entertainment partnerships or brand campaigns.
  • Experience within a film or TV environment, including working with content teams in early development work.
  • Clear and articulate writing skills in English, able to craft a narrative and develop points of view.
  • Proven experience in brand and consumer marketing.
  • Ability to leverage research, insights, and analytics to inform creative strategy.
  • Able to give strong input on strategy and a clear POV on creative work.
  • Experience and passion for building great content marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results.
