Role Overview

Our Account Management division is essential to Wolt's mission, ensuring the success of our restaurant partners and our overall growth in Germany. As Wolt continues to expand its reach and offerings, the effectiveness of our account management operations must evolve accordingly.

As a member of the Account Management team, you will excel in the fundamental aspects of account management, which include cultivating robust relationships with our merchants, addressing partner inquiries, and uncovering new prospects among our existing restaurant partners. You will engage with merchants, ensuring their experience is smooth and that they are positioned for success.

You will be enthusiastic about this role because you will

Manage your own portfolio of restaurants, taking charge of the overall relationship after onboarding, which involves: Comprehensive analysis of portfolio performance and regular quality & satisfaction assessments. Communicating with restaurant partners via phone. Providing analytical post-sales support to enhance our merchants' performance. Building strong client relationships through consistent communication. Reporting on account statuses. Promoting new services and marketing initiatives to current partners. Serve as a primary liaison between our operations and restaurant partners. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns alongside restaurant partners. Continuously analyze the local market landscape. Actively observe competitor activities and provide feedback.

Our expectations

Proficiency in German and good command of English. Background in Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing roles. Familiarity with sales principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster relationships. Effective time-management skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of adjusting communication style to suit the audience. High level of ownership and proactive approach. Experience or knowledge of analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI) or data-driven decision-making. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

It’s advantageous if you have

Knowledge or prior experience in the Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or related sectors. Experience with CRM systems. Background in content creation, editing, or marketing. Familiarity with Google Workspace.
