As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering the growth and

development of our organization. Each manager will oversee a designated product and industry,

with a focus on Data Centres, Utilities, Renewables, Rail Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sectors. Your role will involve identifying and leveraging new business prospects while ensuring that specifications are clearly defined, upheld, and

communicated to prevent competitors from offering alternative products. You will

cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring that our solutions align with the

ever-evolving demands of the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential clients, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to formulate strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
  • Comprehend client requirements and deliver customized solutions to achieve their business goals.
  • Sales Revenue Growth:
  • Devise and implement sales strategies to meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated sector.
  • Prepare and present proposals, engage in negotiations, and finalize agreements.

Product Sector Expertise:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services pertinent to the business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technological innovations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Specific Sector Responsibilities:

Data Centre:

  • Concentrate on data centre infrastructure, services, and technological solutions.
  • Engage with data centre operators, cloud service providers, and technology firms.
  • Collaborate with Data Centre contractors and consulting bodies.

OR

Utilities; Renewables: (Solar, Wind, Water)

  • Target the utilities sector, encompassing electricity, water, and gas providers.
  • Develop solutions for smart grids, metering, and energy management.
  • Focus on renewable energy initiatives, including solar, wind, and biomass.
  • Work with developers, investors, and governmental agencies to promote sustainable energy solutions. Collaborate with Utilities; Renewables contractors and consulting bodies.

Person Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the assigned
  • sector.
