Strategic Partnerships Manager

As the Business Development Manager (f/m/x) for Prescribable Digital Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Leadership team in the establishment and management of strategic alliances within our Rx (Prescribable Digital Therapeutics) division. Your contributions will be vital to our commercial strategy, serving as a key element in driving the long-term growth and success of the organization. You will take charge of your own strategic initiatives, working autonomously and proactively alongside the leadership team.
What We Offer- Identifying and nurturing partnerships while negotiating with health insurance providers, statutory insurances, medical practitioners, and affiliate cooperation partners.
- Conducting market research for new business opportunities and formulating actionable recommendations for their execution.
- Independently advancing projects, including the ongoing analysis and enhancement of company processes and structures to ensure the success of our business development efforts.
- Assisting in international expansion and the establishment of new markets.
- Performing competitive analysis, monitoring industry trends, and reporting findings.
- A degree in business, medicine, science, or engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong skills in business development and B2B sales.
- Experience in the digital health sector with a solid understanding of the German healthcare system.
- Analytical abilities that allow for quick adaptation to new topics and an understanding of development opportunities and challenges.
- A keen interest in working within an interdisciplinary leadership team coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
