Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives. This role is crucial in enhancing our OEM and ODM operations across various markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive business development strategies targeting specific accounts, ensuring the completion of the sales process.
  • Identify and cultivate new client opportunities, maintaining an organized and updated client development list.
  • Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Foster strong relationships with key client decision-makers, understanding their challenges and aligning our strategies to meet their evolving needs.
  • Regularly manage and document potential clients and opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed established KPIs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in data communication network products, particularly within the German market.
  • Established network of contacts within local vendors, telecom carriers, ISPs/MSPs, and data center service providers.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives, building trust and loyalty.
  • Experience in market development from inception to execution, with a strong sales performance record.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and excellent execution skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with a valid driving license and work authorization in Germany.
