Key Responsibilities- Establishing and maintaining partnerships while negotiating with health insurance providers, statutory health insurances, medical practitioners, and affiliate cooperation partners.
- Conducting market research for emerging business sectors and formulating actionable recommendations for their execution.
- Independently advancing projects, including the ongoing assessment and enhancement of the company’s processes and structures to facilitate successful business development.
- Assisting in international expansion and the entry into new markets.
- Performing competitive analysis, monitoring industry trends, and reporting findings.
- Completed degree in business, medicine, science, or engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven skills in business development and B2B sales.
- Experience within the digital health sector and familiarity with the German healthcare landscape.
- Strong analytical abilities that allow for quick adaptation to new topics and understanding of growth opportunities and challenges.
- Interest in collaborating within an interdisciplinary leadership team and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
