What You Will Do- Establish and nurture partnerships while negotiating with health insurance providers, statutory insurances, medical professionals, and affiliate partners.
- Conduct market research for new business opportunities and provide actionable insights for their execution.
- Drive projects independently, focusing on the continuous assessment and enhancement of company processes and structures to ensure the effectiveness of our business development efforts.
- Assist in international market expansion and the establishment of new territories.
- Perform competitive analysis, monitoring, and reporting to understand market dynamics.
- Completed studies in business, medicine, science, or engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven skills in business development and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with the digital health sector and a solid understanding of the German healthcare landscape.
- Strong analytical abilities that allow for quick comprehension of new subjects and the identification of growth opportunities and challenges.
- Interest in collaborating within an interdisciplinary leadership team and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
