Established in 2017, EVEROMES is a pioneering PropTech start-up founded by visionary entrepreneurs with a proven track record of innovation.

The company has already made a significant impact in the European luxury real estate market, developing high-end properties worth approximately EUR 100 Million annually in top vacation destinations.

To support its international expansion to 8 new countries, EVEROMES is seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to join its dynamic team based in Munich. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an early-stage start-up and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to identify and drive business priorities forward.
  • Develop and execute projects addressing complex challenges in building a successful European start-up.
  • Design and optimize scalable processes to prepare the company for rapid growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, or venture capital.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and intuition.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Team-oriented, ambitious, and hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.
