Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and product information
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Assist in managing and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
- Help organise and participate in sales meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the coordination of sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales and customer engagement, with a desire to contribute to customer success and company growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality work on time
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
- Experience with CRM software or sales tools is a plus
- Ability and willingness to conduct cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads
