About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at IntegrityNext. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers to success by driving product adoption and ensuring they maximize the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- You will introduce our customers to the platform and accompany them step by step in their projects.
- You will establish a good and preferably long-lasting customer relationship.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, allowing you to develop into a specialist in specific sectors or regions, or build a varied and diverse client portfolio.
- You will be responsible for constantly adding new clients to your portfolio, ensuring that your work is always exciting and varied.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success Management.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are a real team player.
- You are always customer-oriented and enjoy dealing with international business customers.
- You should have experience in sustainability and/or compliance.
- You have an affinity for software/apps and have already gained experience in the administration of software solutions.
- You ideally already have experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
- You communicate clearly and have a good command of German and English. Another foreign language would be an advantage.
