About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Customer Success Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle, serving as the Voice of the Customer, and driving adoption and consumption across our products.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for multiple product lines, supporting the customer journey and working cross-functionally with clients, end users, and internal partners.
- Own customer planning, deployment, adoption, account-level reviews, and escalations, building and managing customized product delivery to the customer's tech environment.
- Partner with Sales teams to develop success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals.
- Engage and coordinate customer delivery across Palo Alto Networks team members, including engineering and professional services.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements. You should have specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.
