- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in senior sales roles within a technical or manufacturing context
- Demonstrated ability in managing diverse sales channels
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
