E.ON Energy Projects GmbH (EEP) is a leading developer, financier, operator, and optimizer of decentralized, large-scale, and highly efficient industrial power plants. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include identifying, creating, and leading the development of a carbon sales strategy, expanding the pipeline of business opportunities, and negotiating CCU/S offtake transactions. You will also support Senior Management by managing critical strategic stakeholder relationships and key partnerships. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in the energy industry or in carbon-related businesses, with relevant commercial or sales experience. You will also need excellent stakeholder management skills, a high level of personal and professional integrity, and the ability to interact and motivate project team members. **Responsibilities:**

* Identify, create, and lead the development of a carbon sales strategy
* Expand the pipeline of business opportunities
* Negotiate CCU/S offtake transactions
* Support Senior Management by managing critical strategic stakeholder relationships and key partnerships

**Requirements:**

* At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry or in carbon-related businesses
* Relevant commercial or sales experience
