About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team at ZEAL Network SE. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class creative assets for our brands, including LOTTO24, Tipp24, and Freiheit+.
Key Responsibilities
- Create effective ad formats for digital channels, including social ads, onsite teasers, and display formats.
- Develop new creative approaches and concepts to avoid ad fatigue and deliver against performance-oriented goals.
- Collaborate with brand teams and external creatives/agencies to develop cross-channel branding and sales campaigns.
- Consult stakeholders on visual communication of brand messages and call-to-actions for maximum effectiveness.
- Present and communicate creative concepts and ideas as well as visual solutions in the team.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience as an Art Director or Creative Director Art, either on agency- or client-side.
- Strong background in Social Media and other relevant digital channels, with extensive knowledge about key ad formats.
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
