We are currently seeking a Regional Director for the Region South-East (Berlin to Munich) to strengthen our Sales Team in Germany. As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you will define the commercial strategy of the region, monitoring the fulfillment of Sales objectives in collaboration with the Sales Director.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Supporting and coaching managers in a rapidly changing environment
  • Developing and building a team of area managers and junior staff to drive business growth
  • Analyzing data to derive revenue-oriented strategies and implementing them
  • Guaranteeing the right staffing of stores in collaboration with the HR department and Area Managers

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Manager/Sales Manager with a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of driving business growth. Ideally, you should be familiar with the structures of a dynamically developing company and know the requirements of a national sales structure. You should think strategically, act pragmatically, and bring a strong hands-on mentality as well as a desire to take on responsibility.

As a passionate and inspiring leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and leading with great independence. Your analytical thinking skills should distinguish you, and you should like to act cost-consciously as an entrepreneur in the company, making independent and quick decisions in your area. Very good English skills and a willingness for mobility are also essential.
