Regional Director - Sales Excellence Leader
Amplifon is a global leader in the hearing care retail industry, with a strong presence in Germany. We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our Sales Team in the South-East region.
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy of the region, monitoring sales objectives, and coaching managers to achieve excellence. You will also focus on developing current and future area managers, building an internal pool of junior staff, and evaluating data to derive revenue-oriented strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the region, aligned with Amplifon's global goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales managers to achieve sales objectives
- Coach and develop area managers to improve sales performance
- Evaluate data to inform revenue-oriented strategies and drive business growth
