Ad Revenue Expert Wanted for DACH Region

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Sales Director for the DACH Region. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in this key market.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential enterprise publisher partners and bring them on board to use our monetization solution.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to onboard and grow clients.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track activities and pipeline progress.
  • Create customized sales presentations for partners.
  • Attend industry events to meet potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Your Background:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tech sales, preferably in adtech or mobile advertising with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides.
  • Native German speaker with proficiency in English.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • An output- and revenue-driven attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a real impact in sales.
