We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to drive growth and innovation across the DACH region. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in field sales and leadership to make a significant impact within our forward-thinking organization.

About You:

  • You are an experienced and passionate sales professional with a proven track record in field sales?

    This position requires a highly skilled individual to take on a key role driving growth and innovation across the DACH region. As the Director of Pet Nutrition Sales, you will spearhead a dynamic team to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and cement Hill's Pet Nutrition as the go-to provider for premium pet nutrition solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Elevate our key customer relationships into enduring and impactful partnerships, fostering mutual success and loyalty.
    2. Be the voice and champion of the Field Team within the management group and the broader organization, collaborating across functions to craft and execute bold growth strategies.
    3. Nurture and unleash the potential within the Field Team, driving continuous development and excellence in execution.
    4. Empower and inspire a high-achieving Field Team across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, cultivating a customer-centric mindset focused on explosive growth.

    Requirements:

    • A university degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in field sales, and at least 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
    • Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
    • Demonstrated success in commercial Management and people leadership, with a proven track record of achieving results.
    • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
    • A consumer- and customer-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

    The estimated salary for this role is around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
