Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrener Vertriebsprofi, der das Wachstum von Enterprise Software Services in der Region DACH vorantreiben kann. Der ideal Kandidat verfügt über mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf von Cloud-basierten Lösungen an Unternehmen und/oder Kunden des öffentlichen Sektors.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuung der Kunden durch Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch persönlichen Kontakt, das Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, Mehrwerte von Softwarelösungen zu vermitteln
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Regionen bei internationalen Kunden
  • Übertreffen der Verkaufsquoten durch Führen des direkten und indirekten Vertriebs mit Hilfe von Best Practices, Training und Support
  • Gewinnung von Enterprise Kunden durch die Zusammenarbeit mit und über Partner oder durch Direct-Sales
  • Gewinnung und Entwicklung neuer Partner in der Region
  • Produkt-Präsentationen und dedizierte Angebote für CxOs bis Engineers bei Enterprise Kunden
Qualifikationen
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft / Technik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im New Business von Cloud-basierten Lösungen an Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung im indirekten Vertrieb und im Channel Management
  • Erfahrung mit Mobile Messaging und/oder Secure Messaging hilfreich
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Akquise, dem Aufbau einer Pipeline, dem Durchlaufen des Sales-Cycle, dem Präsentieren und Abschließen von Geschäften auf C-Level-Ebene und anderen Entscheidungsträgern
  • Entsprechende Reisebereitschaft, auch kurzfristig
