About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales excellence and sales technology initiatives. As Head of Sales Excellence & Sales Technology, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital solutions in marketing and sales to drive customer experience, growth, and efficiency.
  • Identify and develop AI-generated tools for predicting customer behavior and next best activities.
  • Facilitate the testing of new concepts in agile proof-of-concept projects and implement KPI-driven success measurement.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to ensure the implementation of marketing & sales innovation projects aligned with business goals and company strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with our brands and sales regions.

About You

We are looking for a strategic visionary thinker with a strong knowledge of digitalization technologies and methods. You should have a proven experience and track record as a director / head of / senior project manager in delivering innovative digital solutions within the sales & marketing area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with business partners to drive project success.
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization technologies and methods, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and sales enablement tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer experience management, multi-channel commerce, and end-to-end marketing & sales processes.
  • Project management experience in managing initiatives, monitoring progress, and planning changes during the project life-cycle.
