We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Lead to join our Container xChange team in Hamburg, Germany. As the face of our sales efforts in Asia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our regional sales strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team of 7-10 direct reports, comprised of SDRs and full-stack sales reps (BDRs/NDMs), and drive performance through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, VP of Marketing, Regional Lead for the Americas, and Head of Revenue Operations as part of our Go-to-Market leadership team.

About the Role

As our Regional Sales Lead, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, guiding your team's growth, and collaborating across departments to build a cohesive regional strategy. You will:

  • Mentor and guide your team, serving as the primary point of contact and promoting transparent communication.
  • Create a positive work culture focused on performance and accountability while ensuring that fun remains a key aspect of our fast-paced environment.
  • Improve lead-to-demo conversion rates through process enhancements and quicker response times to maximize the effectiveness of inbound leads.
  • Drive outbound demos by engaging the entire sales team in lead generation efforts to reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Improve demo conversion rates by enhancing team skills and refining sales execution for better deal closures.
