Job Title: Sales Representative & Munich

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at AVOMIND. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to existing customers, including specialist dealers, dentists, and pharmacies, as their primary point of contact for all current topics.
  • Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with the specialist trade to plan and implement joint sales campaigns, driving sales growth and increasing market share.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to promote the growth potential of existing customers and identify new distribution channels, expanding our market reach.
  • Demand Generation: Implement activities to promote demand and sell-out in your assigned area, ensuring optimal sales performance.
  • Product Training: Deliver product training and events to customers, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of our products.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in dental sales is highly desirable.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs.
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German, with English language skills as an advantage.
