About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at rk-management GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field of electronics and semiconductor technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electronics and semiconductor technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
