Strategic Business Development Leader

This is a key position within TÜV SÜD, responsible for driving business growth and retention efforts in the GRC sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the growth and retention of GRC business, including serving as a Client relationship Leader for specific accounts.
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and demonstrate thought leadership in the industry.
- Meet or exceed projected annual sales goals and achieve annual revenue growth of 7%.
- Ensure no lost business for cause and participate in key trade shows as required.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and support growth opportunities.
- Responsible for retention/growth/sales on book in accordance with GRC performance standards.
- Engineering degree preferred, but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in property loss prevention is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Property Loss Control Industry Knowledge.
