Strategic Business Development Leader

About the Role

This is a key position within TÜV SÜD, responsible for driving business growth and retention efforts in the GRC sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the growth and retention of GRC business, including serving as a Client relationship Leader for specific accounts.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and demonstrate thought leadership in the industry.
  • Meet or exceed projected annual sales goals and achieve annual revenue growth of 7%.
  • Ensure no lost business for cause and participate in key trade shows as required.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and support growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for retention/growth/sales on book in accordance with GRC performance standards.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in property loss prevention is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Property Loss Control Industry Knowledge.
