We are collaborating with a global organization that specializes in medical, security, and travel safety solutions for corporate clients across diverse sectors. Their proficiency is in assisting businesses to mitigate health and security challenges encountered by their workforce during travel or remote assignments, both locally and internationally. As the team in Germany expands, they are seeking an Account Manager - DE to become part of their operations in the Rhein Main region. This position is available as a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote) with some travel anticipated.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as the new Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing a designated portfolio of key clients in Germany and enhancing the revenue generated from these accounts. While the focus will be on nurturing existing business, you will also be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding current accounts. This role requires a consultative sales approach.

As a results-oriented professional, you will:

  • Acquire new business and cultivate relationships within established accounts
  • Identify and foster enduring connections with key decision-makers
  • Engage with clients to understand and address their requirements
  • Strategize and implement the sales plan for your territory
  • Develop a portfolio of satisfied clients
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Sales and Key Account Management, with a preference for a consultative sales methodology.

  • Experience in senior-level sales and aligning business needs across an organization
  • Preferably experienced in selling services
  • Strong organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
