Core Responsibilities

  • Expand market presence by driving business development initiatives across targeted national and pan-European accounts.
  • Oversee and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure competitive sales opportunities, ensuring effective management of account growth and penetration.
  • Establish and execute a systematic approach to engage with national tenders efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve annual revenue, profit, and unit targets.
  • Drive pipeline growth and identify prospective sales opportunities.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Exceed customer expectations and application needs.
  • Coordinate and manage the tender process effectively.
  • Identify and onboard new accounts into contractual agreements.
  • Foster internal and external relationships through collaboration with sales support, finance, dealers, and aftermarket services to optimize sales efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Expertise in complex solution selling and a structured sales methodology, complemented by formal training and practical experience.
  • Innovative and tenacious business development capabilities.
  • Skilled in prospecting and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in responding to national and pan-European tender requests.
