Primary Objective
The primary goal is to enhance market presence by driving business development across potential national and pan-European accounts.
This role involves managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities include identifying, pursuing, and securing competitive strategic sales opportunities, as well as overseeing the rollout and deeper engagement with these accounts.
Additionally, the role requires the development and execution of a streamlined process for efficiently responding to national tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual revenue, profit, and unit targets.
- Expand the sales pipeline with prospective opportunities.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations and requirements.
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage the tender process.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new accounts.
- Foster internal and external relationships through collaboration with sales support, finance, dealers, and aftermarket services to enhance support and maximize sales.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of complex solution selling and a structured sales methodology. Formal training, work experience, and management coaching are beneficial.
- Comprehensive product, application, and industry knowledge.
- Proven professional sales experience with major accounts or corporations, demonstrating significant results in a manufacturing or international context.
- Strong business development capabilities, characterized by creativity and persistence.
- Experience in prospecting and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with responding to tender requests at both national and pan-European levels.
- Relevant industry experience.
