Expert Sales Executive for Risk/GRC Offerings

Job Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned GRC Solution Sales Specialist dedicated to ensuring the market success of our Risk and Compliance offerings within the German sector. Our innovative products are built on ServiceNow's leading platform, establishing a unified source of truth that enhances enterprise-wide processes with consistent information.

Your primary responsibility will be to convey the value proposition of our risk and compliance solutions to potential clients. You will cultivate a robust partnership with your assigned Account Executives and Solution Consultants to deliver a compelling narrative across various industries in your region. Your focus will be on tailoring the risk and compliance message to meet specific customer requirements, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our community of clients and partners. Additionally, you will represent ServiceNow at local and regional events, promoting our message to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mentoring and training to peers and colleagues within the organization.
  • Share competitive insights and activities with management and business units to stay ahead of market opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to expedite opportunities by engaging directly with customers, offering comprehensive product and industry knowledge.
  • In conjunction with your designated Account Executive and Solution Consultant, present our Risk and Compliance solutions to prospects, clients, and at industry events.
  • Support regional ServiceNow partner channels to enhance customer experiences.
  • Articulate strategies for customer success (and setbacks) to streamline security solution presentations and value propositions.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within our customer and partner community.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in risk and compliance products, preferably with a focus on leading solutions in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Integrated Risk Management sectors.
  • Preferred areas of expertise include:
    • Corporate Compliance and Oversight
    • Audit Management
    • Third-Party Risk Management
    • Privacy Program Management
    • Business Continuity, Resilience, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery
    • Risk Management (Cyber, IT, Operational, and Enterprise)
  • A commitment to defining new markets and differentiating our approach from traditional methods.
  • The ability to simplify complex issues through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Fluency in English and German, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The capability to build strong business relationships and connect with CIOs, CROs, CCOs, and CFOs, as well as individuals within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
