Lead Sales Specialist in Governance and Risk Management

ServiceNow is seeking a dedicated GRC Solution Sales Specialist responsible for driving the market success of our Risk and Compliance offerings within the German sector. Our solutions are built on the leading ServiceNow platform, providing a unified source of truth that enhances enterprise-wide processes.
Your role will involve articulating the value proposition of our risk and compliance solutions to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with your assigned Account Executives and Solution Consultants to deliver a cohesive and persuasive message tailored to various industries in your region. Your focus will be on addressing specific customer requirements and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within our community of clients and partners. Additionally, you will represent ServiceNow at local and regional events to promote our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mentoring and training to colleagues within the organization.
- Share competitive insights and activities with management to stay ahead of market dynamics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to expedite opportunities by engaging directly with clients to offer comprehensive product and industry knowledge.
- In partnership with your designated Account Executive and Solution Consultant, present our Risk and Compliance solutions to prospects, clients, and at industry events.
- Support regional ServiceNow partner channels to enhance customer experiences.
- Communicate customer success strategies and challenges to streamline security solution presentations and value propositions.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our customer and partner community.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Demonstrated sales experience in risk and compliance products, particularly those recognized as leaders in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Integrated Risk Management sectors.
- Expertise in the following domains:
- Corporate Compliance and Oversight
- Audit Management
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Privacy Program Management
- Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Cyber, IT, Operational, and Enterprise Risk Management
- A proactive approach to defining new markets and differentiating from traditional methods.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex issues in straightforward terms, both in writing and verbally.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Adeptness in building strong business relationships with CIOs, CROs, CCOs, and CFOs, as well as with individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
