Key ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will:
- Deliver expert mentoring and training to colleagues and peers within the organization.
- Share competitive insights and activities with management to stay ahead of market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to expedite opportunities by engaging directly with clients, providing in-depth product and industry knowledge.
- Work alongside your designated Account Executive and Solution Consultant to present our Risk and Compliance solutions to potential clients and at industry events.
- Support regional ServiceNow partner channels to enhance customer experiences.
- Communicate customer success strategies and challenges to streamline security solution presentations and value propositions.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within our customer and partner community.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated sales experience in risk and compliance products, particularly those recognized as leaders in Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Integrated Risk Management sectors.
- Expertise in areas such as:
- Corporate Compliance and Oversight
- Audit Management
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Privacy Program Management
- Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Cyber, IT, Operational, and Enterprise Risk Management
- A proactive approach to defining new markets and differentiating from traditional methods.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues in both written and verbal formats.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent presentation abilities.
- The ability to build robust business relationships with C-level executives and connect with individuals across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
