Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic leader to spearhead the expansion of our Risk and ESG Solutions Sales team, particularly in the Central Region, which includes Germany, Austria, CEE, and Switzerland. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in team building and business development. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating across various functions, serving as a trusted advisor to sales, pre-sales, customer success, and partner organizations, as well as engaging with product development and marketing teams. Your influence will significantly shape our success in this emerging market.

As a vital member of the Leadership Team for our Risk Business in EMEA, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future trajectory. While our customers have utilized ServiceNow to enhance their internal processes for years, this market focus presents a fresh and exciting opportunity. We are uniquely positioned to assist our clients in managing the risks associated with their digital transformations. Joining this team means contributing to the growth of a business that has the potential to evolve into a multi-billion dollar line of business, supported by our business unit, executive leadership, and go-to-market teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aimed at establishing a multi-million dollar business in one of EMEA's largest and most strategic markets, positioning us as the leading GRC Technology provider in the region.
  • Continuously nurture and develop a team of specialized sales professionals to innovate and deliver exceptional Risk & ESG solutions for both global and international clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Region's General Manager and Sales Directors to ensure success in sales and customer retention.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the Risk & ESG Business in the region, representing the company at conferences and client events.
  • Lead and manage strategic planning, sales initiatives, and operational processes to drive excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Design programs to empower field sales and solution consulting teams in promoting Risk workflow solutions and articulating their value propositions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales campaigns centered on Risk Solutions.
  • Work alongside our Global Alliance and Channel organization to establish effective partnership models.
  • Collaborate with global leaders in Risk Sales and IT Transformation to outline a successful roadmap for the next five years.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both sales and company executives, providing insights into market conditions, customer needs, and strategic planning.
  • Influence the economic value model to enhance our unique solution offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in recruiting and developing high-performing teams within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance sector.
  • A strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and influence in a team-centric environment.
  • A passion for and knowledge of the Business Risk & ESG domains.
  • Experience in leadership roles within matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional people management skills with a commitment to coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in inspiring teams and scaling businesses from inception to growth.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with a history of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both business and technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in collaborating with product management, marketing, and development teams.
  • The ideal candidate will be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English and German is essential.
