We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion for our Selling Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Selling Partners, leveraging Amazon's services and tools to expand their product offerings and reach new customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, providing guidance and support to help them optimize their Amazon business and achieve their growth objectives.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your Selling Partner portfolio, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Selling Partners, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Selling Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
