Job Role: Senior Sales and Partnership Manager

Salary: Up to €65k (with up to 100k with company shares)

Location: Hybrid working offered

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnership Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our network of partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales efforts and develop strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-paced environment, such as management consulting or startups, with a focus on B2B sales
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
  • Strong academic background in economics, natural sciences, or engineering
  • Minimum C1 Level German and English language proficiency
