We are currently in search of a Business Development Manager for the housing sector (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters.What We Offer

What You Will Do
  • Oversee the planning of sales channels, including construction and post-marketing activities, and participate in customer events
  • Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to enhance company revenue
  • Coordinate and manage local sales partners, providing training for external sales personnel
  • Support sales management, collaborating with marketing, project, and construction teams, and liaising with construction firms on sales-related issues
  • Plan and monitor resource allocation, assess project/campaign success, optimize processes, and present company offerings
What We Are Looking For
  • Completed commercial training or relevant experience in sales (B2B or B2C) or related fields
  • Familiarity with the construction sector is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and possess a solid technical understanding
  • Good command of German and English is advantageous
  • Communicative, approachable, and a quick learner with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented manner
  • Valid driver's license Class B
