The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and creating new enterprise business opportunities in new accounts for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into strategic business accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business
  • Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Execution Management System
  • Develop creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development in a SaaS organization
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed
  • Fluent in German and English
